It is hosted in conjuction with the New Zealand Nordic Sports Development.<br /><br />And welcome to the first major snow-falls for the austral '07 season - the storm started about three days ago. The Snow Park situated within a Km or two of the Snow Farm nordic area has opened, so we're hopeful that cross country skiing can begin very soon.<br /><br />Pictured above is a view of the modest, but disruptive snowfall taken yesterday looking across the mouth of the Cardrona Valley.
