Antoine is assisted by other SnowFarm coaches as required, depending on programmes operating. Typically coach-to-child ratio is 1:5 or 1:8 maximum. With a range of abilities and ages and abilities at many sessions it is common to have three coaches working together with support from older team members, parents and Snow Farm volunteer helpers
